What if everyone in New Jersey read and talked about the same book at the same time? One Book New Jersey is a statewide program sponsored by the New Jersey Library Association in cooperation with the New Jersey State Library to get people of all ages involved in reading and talking about great books. The adult selection for 2007 is Their Eyes Were Watching God by Zora Neale Hurston, the story of a woman's marriages and murder accusation in a small-town Florida. Readers of all ages can get involved with titles chosen especially for teens and kids. Programs will take place in libraries throughout the year. Call your local library to find out more.
