Lily Gefelty's father works for a mad scientist. One day, Lily overhears the mad scientist claim that he wants to take over the world. When her father refuses to believe her when she tells him what the mad scientist said, she enlists the help of her best friends Katie Mulligan and Jasper Dash (aka The Boy Technonaut). Together, they race to save the world from the mad scientist's army of whales.
